Scope and contact
This notice supplements, and does not replace, the general Influblog privacy policy. Influblog is operated by Yasin Yener. For privacy, access, correction, objection, consent withdrawal or deletion requests, contact support@influblog.com.
It covers social connections in Influblog web applications and any supported mobile connection flow. A listed provider or data category does not mean that every feature is approved or available for every account.
Connection, data and purpose
You choose which accounts to connect and approve the provider permissions. Influblog receives encrypted access credentials, account identifiers, granted scopes and connection records. Depending on the enabled integration, it retrieves profile information, account statistics, content references and performance measurements for your own analytics and supported collaboration reporting.
Data may include profile name, username, avatar, biography, follower counts, post metadata, links and previews; views, reach, impressions, reactions, comments, shares, saves, watch time and audience breakdowns when the API supplies them. Permission, sync and error records support security and operation. We do not receive your social account password. Missing API measurements are not evidence that the value is zero.
Providing a social connection does not authorize unrestricted future uses, resale of API data, or training a general-purpose AI model on those data. Collection and use remain limited by the stated purpose, your authorization, applicable law and provider rules.
Providers and available data
- Facebook: selected Page identity, content and permitted Page metrics. A Facebook login can also authorize a linked professional Instagram account; these are distinct data sources.
- Instagram: professional account, post, Reel and currently available Story information and permitted insights. Story availability and insight coverage vary. Connection alone does not create a permanent playable media archive.
- YouTube: Influblog uses YouTube API Services, including Data and Analytics APIs. Channel, video and authorized performance data are used for supported reports. Public views and engaged views are distinct measurements. Using YouTube-connected features is subject to the YouTube Terms of Service linked below.
- TikTok: profile, account statistics and videos made available through the approved Display API permissions. The connection does not promise access to a Story archive or every metric shown in TikTok's own app.
- X: connected profile, posts and available account or post metrics. Access, metric history and refresh coverage depend on endpoint availability and provider limits.
- Twitch: channel, stream, video, clip and permitted channel statistics. Subscription, goal, poll or prediction information depends on granted permissions and channel eligibility; chat access is not implied.
- LinkedIn: approved profile and member analytics. Brand reporting needs a permitted use case and specific recipient authorization. The optional checkbox records a revocable preference, not access for all brands. LinkedIn reporting is currently not activated by this choice.
Visibility and recipients
Connecting an account and making information visible to others are different decisions. Eligible Brand and Agency users access information only within the authorized workspace, visibility and collaboration context, subject to provider restrictions. Influblog operational staff and infrastructure providers receive only access needed for operation, support, security or applicable obligations.
LinkedIn reporting preferences do not authorize CRM enrichment, unrestricted Creator discovery, data exports or cross-platform personal profiling. Any future recipient access must be tied to the specific LinkedIn account, authorized Brand and approved reporting purpose.
Disconnect, deletion and independent business records
Disconnecting immediately disables further authorized retrieval and removes the account from active connection views. Influblog then processes the removal of imported social API data and stored social previews. Under Social accounts, open the account controls to request social data deletion directly without closing your Influblog account. A Facebook authorization can also cover its linked Instagram accounts; the confirmation identifies this shared scope. You can also contact support@influblog.com or revoke access in the provider controls below. Never send passwords or access tokens.
Deleting social data stored by Influblog does not delete the original posts, videos or other data held by YouTube or any other social provider. To delete those originals, use the relevant provider's own application and account controls.
Provider data must be handled within applicable retention, refresh and deletion requirements. A connection is not permission for indefinite storage. Removal from a screen alone is not data erasure. Stored API responses and media copies must be considered when fulfilling an applicable deletion request; availability of an external player or URL is controlled by the provider.
Independent Influblog contracts, invoices, payment, commission, cooperation and necessary legal evidence are assessed separately and may be retained for applicable obligations or legal claims with restricted access. This does not turn the complete social API history into a permanent legal archive. Any limits on a request must be explained.
Refresh, retention and recovery
YouTube video availability and metadata are checked again during synchronization, including older stored videos. Historical native measurements may remain only while the required authorization and provider conditions continue to apply. An old report is not permission to keep outdated profile or video metadata indefinitely.
LinkedIn activity data is subject to a 48-hour storage limit and is removed earlier by the scheduled cleanup. The authenticated member's basic profile is handled separately. A reporting preference does not override these provider limits.
Backups are for restricted disaster recovery, not a separate analytics or AI-training archive. Applicable deletion requests also cover backup and media copies. Before restored data can be released, recorded deletions must be applied again; an old backup must not reactivate a revoked connection.
Embedded content and security
Opening content views may load players or media from the relevant social provider. The provider can receive your IP address, browser or device information and use its own cookies or account session. Its privacy policy applies to that processing. Browser and provider privacy settings can restrict playback.
Influblog uses encrypted transport, encrypted OAuth token storage and role-based access controls. Social providers and technical service providers may process data internationally; applicable safeguards and individual rights remain required. The general privacy notice provides further information.
